I hereby grant permission for video recordings and digital photographs to be taken of my child or my child's work as part of her/his participation in the Loving Tree Academy activities; and publish these videos or photos in any format or media, including the Internet and WeChat Groups, for purpose related to Loving Tree Academy's mission, including marketing. Loving Tree Academy takes reasonable precautions and efforts to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences. I understand that accidents and injuries can arise from participation in the class or activity, knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to release, and hold harmless Loving Tree Academy and its employees from and against any liability for damages or injuries arising out of personal injures sustained by my child.
