Custom schedule. $200 8-week, SUMMER strength training program to improve player's performance on the court. Sessions will be a combination of strength, power, agility, and reaction training. It will also include volleyball specific conditioning, to improve your vertical jump, speed, agility, power, and more! Testing will be conducted at the beginning and at the end of the program to assess performance and progress on each athlete throughout the 8 weeks!
