Today’s market is characterized by peculiarities regarding both the specific organization and internal efficiency of each company, as well as the approach companies developed and implemented in view of the different global markets’ commercial and regulatory standards.

Faster sales channels have and increasingly continue to allow companies (even small and medium-sized) to reach out and approach complex markets that are geographically distant, but filled with opportunities.

Ensuring that business activities in the above mentioned markets (the USA marketplace in particular) result in new opportunities and not risks for the company, requires implementing strict and effective compliance measures to address all documentary and non-documentary obligations, as well as prevent and/or best manage critical issues (of both commercial and legal nature) that may arise over the course of doing business.

The seminar seeks to give corporate employees practical suggestions by which to ensure their company has the tools required to best approach doing business even in complex markets such as the USA, and more specifically provide recommendations on company documentation and best practices for the prevention and management of business risks.
