Participants will arrive early to every scheduled class and be ready to participate as soon as class starts.
Students that are late will not be given extra time as most lessons are scheduled back-to-back. Please be punctual.
Participants agree to arrive to class with all practice materials including but not limited to: their music binder, sheet music, homework notepad and any other materials expected/requested by their teacher
Only registered participants and their parent/guardians are permitted to watch/be present during the sessions.
All students must show respect to their teachers, fellow students, parents and guardians at all times.
Name calling, bullying, tantrums and any form of physical violence towards any teacher, parent or student will not be tolerated.
Every student is expected to keep up with the requirements of the class or will risk not participating in all of the required performance songs. Students are expected to practice after class each day and be ready to move on the following day. If students fall behind due to lack of practice then they may be asked to take private lessons with camp counsellors or LJMA teachers in order to catch up to ensure they stay on all performance songs.

All participants must abide by the LJMA Code of Conduct as outlined above. Should a participant not be in compliance with the Code of Conduct, LJMA staff should report the issues to the parent/guardian and the appropriate facility if applicable. Failure to follow these rules may result in denial of program participation privileges.
