The Amazing 12 is considered to be the top body transformation program because of the massive results it produces in a very short period of time (an intense 12-week training and 3 phase supportive nutrition cycle that is done 5 days per week approximately an hour each session for 12 consecutive weeks with additional cardio 5 days per week). In order to keep consistent with the high standard of success that the program promises, all the requirements must be met. This includes both the training and nutrition components. If you can’t commit to each of the components consistently for the duration of the 12-week cycle, the Amazing 12 Body Transformation Program may not be right for you at this time.
