4th Annual Brewing Hope Coffee Festival: Partner Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in Hope Found of Northeast Arkansas' 4th Annual Brewing HOPE Coffee Festival!

Brewing HOPE is an annual fundraiser benefiting Hope Found of Northeast Arkansas, a local nonprofit working to end human trafficking by creating awareness, educating communities, and coordinating services for victims and survivors.

The festival brings together local coffee shops, roasters, tea shops, specialty drink businesses, food and craft vendors, and our community for a fun day of tastings, shopping, and friendly competition—all while supporting Hope Found's mission.

We love having fellow nonprofits and community partners join us at Brewing HOPE! The festival is a great opportunity to connect with community members, share information about your organization, and let attendees learn about resources and services available throughout Northeast Arkansas.  

INFORMATION FOR NON-PROFIT PARTNER VENDORS

There is no vendor fee for participating nonprofit organizations and community partners.

Your organization will receive:

  • Complimentary booth space of up to 10' × 10'
  • Festival admission for up to two organization representatives
  • Social media recognition as a participating community partner
  • Access to electricity, if needed and requested in advance
WHAT TO BRING

Organizations are responsible for providing their own booth setup, including:

  • Table(s)
  • Tablecloth
  • Chairs
  • Tent/canopy, if needed based on placement
  • Marketing materials, brochures, or other information about your organization
  • Any displays, signage, or promotional items you would like to use

Hope Found will not provide tables, chairs, tents, or other booth setup items.

Each organization may use up to a 10' × 10' space. 

If using a tent or canopy, please make sure it is properly secured with appropriate weights.

BOOTH ACTIVITIES

We encourage you to make your booth engaging and welcoming!

You're welcome to bring:

  • Information about your organization, programs, and services
  • Brochures and educational materials
  • Promotional items or giveaways
  • An interactive activity or game
  • Information about volunteer opportunities
  • Other materials that help festival attendees learn more about your work
SETUP & BREAKDOWN

Vendor/Partner Setup: 6:30–7:30 a.m.
Festival: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Breakdown: 12:00–1:00 p.m.

Please plan to have your booth completely set up and ready for guests before the festival opens at 8:00 a.m.

We encourage participating organizations to remain for the entire festival whenever possible. If you know that your organization will need to arrive late or leave early, please let us know in advance so we can plan your placement accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

More detailed event-day information, including arrival instructions, booth placement, parking, and other festival updates, will be provided to participating organizations closer to the event.

Please note that some event details may change as festival planning continues. We will communicate any important updates prior to the festival.
