This is the physical address of the home damaged in the Caldor or Tamarack Fire. You must include the STREET NUMBER & NAME.  This should be the address of the property that has been lost or is currently uninhabitable. To prove residency email BOTH a copy of your Driver's License and a copy of a utility bill or rental contract to info@cdrc-tahoe.org  (You can also mail it to CDRC, 1245 Lone Indian Trail, South Lake Tahoe, CA, 96150.) *
