Ezra Tour 2017 Deposit Form
Please fill in this form and send a deposit by online transfer to book a place on Ezra Israel Tour. There is limited space on the tours. Sending in this form and transferring the deposit does not mean you have been accepted on to the tour. You will receive an acceptance email at a later date. Ezra UK reserves the right to refuse any application if they decide the applicant is not suitable for the tour.
THE FULL PRICE OF EZRA ISRAEL TOUR 2017 IS £3,250. The online form together with deposit of £350 should arrive no later than 1st February 2017. In the event of cancellation, a £150 administration cost may be incurred.
The balance must be paid by 1st May 2017 and deposits are non-refundable after 28th February 2017.
The final deadline for applications for financial assistance is 20th January 2017.
Cancellation Information
o If a Participant or Parent/Guardian (if applicant is under 18) wishes to cancel their place on a Programme he or she must contact in writing the Youth Movement they booked through.
o A Participant or Parent/Guardian (if applicant is under 18) who cancels his or her place prior to the deposit payment deadline will be entitled to a refund less the Administration Fee.
o Any Participant or Parent/Guardian (if applicant is under 18) who cancels after the deposit deadline will be entitled to a refund according to the following schedule:
61 days or longer prior to departure date: 100% of monies paid less deposit and the Administration Fee;
From 31-60 days prior to departure date: 50% of monies paid less deposit and the Administration Fee;
From 15-30 days prior to departure date: 20% of monies paid less deposit and the Administration Fee;
From 1-14 days prior to departure date: no monies refunded.
Please note that at any time up until departure, you may incur the cost of an additional fuel surcharge and airport tax by the airline. UJIA Israel Experience will have to pass any increased charges on to the participants and their families, as per their Terms and Conditions.
