Making this playing experience possible takes a village. Our Eagan Ultimate Boosters play a key role in supporting our Ultimate teams through fundraising, organization, and volunteer efforts. We also rely on many parent volunteers to ensure the success of the season. Please take a moment to fill out the volunteer interest form—parent involvement helps keep our program strong and ensures great experiences for all athletes.  We are seeking support in the following areas:

Communications & Publicity

We’re looking for volunteers to help keep our community informed and connected by supporting tasks such as:

• Sharing Booster Updates on Social Media or the Eagan Ultimate Booster Website
  
• Taking player photos and supporting yearbook content
  
• Creating player signs and helping with Senior Night recognition
  
• Supporting recruitment events
  
• Submitting updates to the EHS newsletter and sports announcements
  

Fundraising

Fundraising helps cover essential costs like equipment, tournaments, and events. Volunteers can support efforts such as:

• Cub bagging events
  
• Restaurant dine-out nights
  
• Managing donations and our “unfundraiser”
  
• Completing grant applications with local sports associations
  
• Assisting with new opportunities, such as Wind Chill grant applications
  

Team & Tournament Support
Help create a positive experience for players throughout the season by assisting with:

• Tournament volunteer coordination (Sign-Up Genius)
  
• Coordinating Team-building activities
  
• Planning or hosting pre-tournament meals
  
• Planning or hosting end-of-season celebrations
  
• Team roster and contact information
  
• Coordinating Coaches’ gifts
  
• Coordinating spirit prizes
  
• Supporting parent communication in partnership with team coaches
