Outstanding Employee Awards
Nominations are now open for the Outstanding Employee Awards! To submit a nomination for a Marshall Road Outstanding Employee in one of the categories below, please complete this Google form. You may nominate more than one employee but only one per category. All that is required for a preliminary nomination is a paragraph or two about how this employee demonstrates exceptional work in the criteria for that category. We ask that the person you are nominating be aware of and in agreement with this nomination. The deadline to submit a nomination is December 1.

Outstanding Teacher Nomination
Eligibility: Nominee must be a teacher or librarian with 3 or more years of experience.

Outstanding Teachers:
1) Instill in students a desire to learn and achieve.
2) Understand the individual needs of students, encourage their talents and foster their self-esteem.
3) Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of subject matter and the ability to share it effectively with students.
4) Foster cooperative relationships and engage with their colleagues and the community.

Not hold any contracted position with FCPS. Possible School-Based Hourly Employee Positions: parent liaisons paid on an hourly basis, hourly office staff, hourly program assistants, other unique hourly positions.
