Employment Contract Exploitation Survey
Hello Employees in Nigeria,

Have you ever been faced with an employment contract where the employer adds "Any other duties as may be assigned by the employer/supervisor" to the list of job description?

If Yes, please respond to this brief question as it relate to whether such provision make employers to exploit people (by giving people a lot of task to do without adequate compensation for such task while employees do not have the right to say NO because of that clause in their employment contract).

It's only TWO questions, we shall analyse the response and publish the research report towards changing the narrative.

Thank you.
