Interest Form for 2025 Ramadan Bazaar Booth Vendors

This form is to gather contact information for bazaar vendors who would like to participate in NAMCC's 5th Annual Bazaar. 


Once your booth has been approved -- you will be emailed the Ticket Tailor registration and contract, where you will submit your official payment to reserve your space.
  • Filling out the interest form does not guarantee booth availability.
  • Booths will ONLY be confirmed with your Ticket Tailor Purchase. 
  • There are limited booths for purchase. 
  • There will not be any onsite registration. 
  • Booth prices $100-150
  • Booth sizes 8x8ft - 10x10ft
  • NAMCC will provide one black 2x6 foldable table and 1 chair
Terms, Booth Fees, Payment and Additional Items will be communicated in detail after booth approval.

Please detail exactly what you will be selling in your booth -- be specific. If you are selling clothes, please the type of clothes you are selling and from what region/country. For example; Palestinian thobes, Desi Shalwar Khamis, Mens Thobes, Ethiopian dresses, etc. 

NOTE: If you do not answer this question in detail, you may miss the opportunity to register for a booth. Detailed responses receive first priority! 

Only approved items can be sold. Selling of non-approved items is strictly prohibited; including drink, snacks or food of any kind.
