Date: Friday, August 15th, 2025
Location: Royal City Curling Club - 75 E Sixth Ave, New Westminster, BC V3L 4G6
Time: 7pm-10pm Check-in starts at 6:30pm, first games at 7pm
Entry fee: $30/person or $60/team

The format of our tournament is as follows:
- Open Doubles (any combination of genders is allowed)
- We will do our best to balance the pools based on gender combination and skill level indicated, so that everyone has fair and competitive match ups. However this is dependant on entry numbers.
- Pools Format (5 pools of 4 teams)
- Guaranteed 3 games per team!
- Scoring is one game - first to 11
- Open play to follow after the tournament!
- Sign up as either a pair or a single to get matched as a team of two
- Capacity: 20 Teams (40 participants)
- Pizza will be provided!
IMPORTANT:
Feel free to bring your own paddles/equipment, however all necessary equipment including paddles will be available to borrow!
Pizza, snacks and refreshments will be provided. If there are any dietary restrictions or pizza requests, please let us know on the form below!
The tournament will last approximately 90 minutes until 8:30pm. After that, all courts will be available for open play until 10pm!

Only one form needs to be filled per team!
