•    नाम या और कोई भी जानकारी जैसे जो भरोगे, वो वैसे के वैसे ही प्रिंट होगा.
•    दुबारा प्रिंट करने के 500/- चार्ज लगेंगे , इसीलिए सावधानी बरते !
•    जिसकी पूरी fees जमा ना हो, वो फॉर्म ना भरे, क्युकी 1 बार सर्टिफिकेट reject होने के बाद , future में कभी नहीं बन पायेगा !
•    फॉर्म भरने के बाद 1 महीने का wait करे, आपको SMS आ जायेगा !!
•    आप अगर एक से ज्यादा बार फॉर्म भरते है तो सिस्टम automatically आपके सारे डाटा को रिमूव कर देगा, इसीलिए ध्यान रहे की सिर्फ एक बार ही फॉर्म भरे !
•    Course का नाम carefully choose करे !
•    This form Should be filled ONLY AFTER the course is 100% Over and you dont need faculty anymore.
.       Make sure to fill hard copy of course completion form at centre, else, certificate won't be printed.
