How this works:

2) Make the appropriate payment WITHIN 7 DAYS to the bank account below with "AcroFest + Your Name" as a reference.
3) We will write to you AFTER we have received the payment to confirm your space!  Your space is only secured when the payment is there.

If your ticket is a WAITING LIST ticket, please do NOT make a payment UNTIL WE CONFIRM that you have a ticket! :)

***CANCELLATIONS & NAME CHANGES!***

Name change: Free at any time BEFORE the festival start, NOT possible after.
Cancellation before 15.8.2025: Your payed amount minus admin Fee CHF 40.-
Cancellations before 1st September 2025: 50% refund
Cancellations after 1st September 2025: No refund

In all cases you are welcome to give / sell your space to someone else. This is only possible for the FULL festival, changes of name part way through are NOT allowed. We take no responsibility for sales and exchanges of tickets. If you sell or give away your ticket, please inform us of the name change at =>https://www.acrofest.ch/, before the start of the festival. No changes are allowed after the start.

If the festival has to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund minus a small fee of CHF 40-.
