Campers entering grades 2-8 will immerse in an agriculture and arts-based curriculum designed to grow their relationships to their food and the natural world in a safe, supportive, and fun environment at Flying Pig Farm! Students entering grades 9-12 will have opportunities to learn cooking and leadership skills as assistant counselors and chefs.
Activities including animal care, food harvesting, daily yoga, plant portraits in varied mediums, clay work, construction, and nature-based camp games will accompany learning about the care of plants, animals, and selves. We will have special visits from community workshoppers! Past years' workshoppers have included Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Concrete Couch, and RAW Tools.
