Welcome to The Well
In times of old, ‘the well’ was often at the heart of things. That’s the point of our project. We’ve set The Well up as a response to covid, because our campus community needs something good to gather around.

This is a short-and-straight to the point 2-week sign-up to The Well for times of ‘OMG I’ve got no food!’ crisis.

We provide Well Packs. These contain food - groceries, dinner-kits, recipes and online step-by-step cookery classes. In exceptional cases we will provide cooked and chilled meals, ready to be heated at home.

We also provide a weekly code giving you access to the Well Programme – a beautiful and distinctive mix of podcasts, stories, gong-baths, Pilates, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and more. Visit our Studio Session page… more content is being added each week.

Plus, you can sign up for our LIVE programme of events running all Autumn-Winter, and if you ever need to talk to someone who’s not your tutor, mum, new best mate or old friends from home… someone from our team will always be available to talk to.

Once we have received your self-referral we will contact you to discuss dietary requirements, and how to get your Well Pack to you. If you are self -isolating then we will deliver to your house in a Covid-19 secure way.

Beyond these two weeks, you can continue to receive all The Well support you need – just contact us to make a further self-referral. All we’ll need is a supporting email from a member of staff at your University who knows you and can support your application. If you can’t provide this, don’t panic – contact us for chat.
