MSCR Outdoor Adventure Club is offering a series of adventures for MMSD high school students this summer.  These trips including hiking, kayaking, canoeing and climbing.  This program is free but pre-registration is required.

This form is step one of the registration.  Students will use this form to request registration for trips this summer.  Students may request to register for any or all of the trips - it is not required to attend all trips.  The dates, times, and locations for each trip are listed in section 3 of this form, and also on the summer OAC webpage.   

Students are not guaranteed to be offered a spot for all trips.  MSCR will accommodate as many students as possible for registration submitted by May 24.  After May 24, any remaining spots will be filled first come, first served.  

After submitting this form, students and families will receive an email with additional permission forms and more program information.  Students - please make sure to check your MMSD email.   Additional forms must be submitted in order to confirm registration.
