Infinite Minds Academy (hereinafter is referred as "the Academy")
• For students attending physical classes;
- the Academy does not impose any uniform or attire; however, all students are expected to dress decently at all times in the Academy
- the parents / caregivers may provide food/snacks and drinks for the breaks
- the participant shall not intentionally damage any equipment in the academy. The parent / guardian shall bear the cost for any damages intentionally caused by the participant.
• The Academy shall observe all National and Selangor state holidays
• The Participants are expected to be punctual for all classes and also take part in the Online classes (if any). The participant shall not attend classes when he is unwell
• In the event the child experiences ‘meltdown’, the parent / guardian agrees to attend to their child as soon as possible when informed by the Academy.
• The parents / caregivers shall provide a letter for any absenteeism of the participant.
• The parents / caregivers consents the Academy to take videos and pictures of the students in the academy during classes, which shall be used to display their works and achievements.
• The parents / caregivers shall inform the Academy of any academic, physical or behavioral issues relating to a student prior to formal enrolment application.
• Students are discouraged to bring excessive cash or valuables to the Academy
• The parents / caregivers must inform the school in writing of any potential or prolonged absence of the student.
