5G Liability Notice to council CEOs
This set of 3 common law notices will ask the CEO of your council to provide fundamental evidences to prove they have thought through their decisions to support and approve 5G technology and infrastructure in your town or city.

The three notices are as follows:

1. NOTICE OF LIABILITY (21 days notice)
Sets out the terms of the liability notice to the CEO of the council in their capacity as a living man or woman

2. NOTICE OF DISHONOUR AND OPPORTUNITY TO CURE (14 days notice)
Puts the CEO into dishonour but also provides them an opportunity to cure

3. NOTICE OF DEFAULT (7 days notice)
Puts the CEO into default and means they agree to your terms and conditions as laid out in the liability notice

Non-responses mean the CEO is not able to provide the evidence and is therefore agreeing they have failed to do their due diligence. This makes them liable to your terms and conditions as well as financial claim from you. We shall be providing an automated claim form as soon as it's ready as a template to share with you.
