National 4-H Week Service Project Sign-Up Form
Hello 4-H Club Leaders!  The Wisconsin 4-H Leadership Council invites your club to join us as we celebrate National 4-H Week by participating in service projects all across the state!  

If your club is interested in conducting a service project during (or around) National 4-H Week, October 6-12, please fill out the form below so we can share updates with you prior to October.  We will be offering a Zoom call in late August to share ideas, answer any questions and get everyone excited for National 4-H Week!  As soon as we we have the dates for our zoom calls set, we will share them.
