Telework Impacts on the Real Estate Industry in Alberta
This research project - funding by the Alberta Real Estate Foundation - investigates changes taking place in Albertan communities related to telework* practices - with a focus on commercial & residential real estate market trends and related implications to suburban areas and downtown cores. Through this brief survey, we are looking to hear from real estate professionals willing to share how telework has impacted their business, their approach, and their views.

If you would like to learn more about our research, please contact Alex Kodyra (Alexandra.Kodyra@sait.ca).

*Telework (sometimes referred to as telecommuting, work-from-home, WFH or remote work) refers to employees carrying out work responsibilities from a home location rather than in a traditional office setting.
