Use this form to register for the Summer Showcase. Unless numbers require an additional time, the Summer Showcase will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Saturday, May 10th. It will be held at Crosspoint Church. Refreshments will be provided following the performance. If you have more than one student in your family, please fill out one form for each. Students will perform individually or as a group as decided with their instructor. Each piece will be limited on time to ensure that all will be able to perform. Printed programs will be available at the Showcase. Children 12 and under are free, adults are $10.00. If you would like to opt your child out of pictures or recordings please contact us as this event may be recorded.
