Ready Set Grow! Pittsburgh Farm to Early Care and Education Provider Survey
Farm to Early Care and Education (Farm to ECE) is a group of activities and strategies that offer increased access to healthy, local foods, gardening opportunities and food-based learning activities to enhance the quality of the educational experience. Farm to ECE works well in all types of early care and education settings, inclusive of, but not limited to, preschools, childcare centers, home-based childcare, home-visiting, Head Start/ Early Head Start and programs in K-12 school districts. Farm to ECE activities support healthy eating habits, create a connection to local food and agricultural communities, and teach children how food grows.

Ready Set Grow! is a Farm to ECE program that is new to Pittsburgh. The Food Trust has partnered with United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania to hold four meetings between January and October 2019 and to end the process with a deliverable. We would like to learn more about what would be useful to early care and education (ECE). Your responses will help to shape the process of creating this deliverable.

This survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
