Wednesday, December 10th is an Early Release day. To accommodate parents schedules, we offer the opportunity for your child to remain at school after dismissal as part of our Surround Care program at the Spring Street School for Kindergarten, at the Rose L. MacDonald School for grades 1-3, and at the Howard School for grades 4-6.
The fee is $9/hr. Students must bring their own lunch or you can pre-order a purchased bagged lunch from the cafeteria. A snack/milk (or juice) will be provided mid afternoon.
You may pick your child up at any time before the closing time of 6:00 pm. Pick up after 6:00 pm will result in a $2/minute charge.

RLM & Howard Half Day Meals:
Complimentary meals provided by Food Service at morning arrival (breakfast), and between mid-morning 9:30-10:45 (Hot Brunch)
Surround Care bag lunches can be ordered at a cost of $3.75 which will be charged to your My School Bucks lunch account (be sure there are funds on your account), or children can bring a packed lunch from home.

Spring St Half Day Meals:
Spring Street students will be provided a complimentary hot brunch, provided by Food Service, between 10:00-10:45. Surround Care bag lunches can still be ordered per usual, or a lunch from home can be brough in.
A complimentary snack will be provided by Surround Care mid afternoon for all schools.

To be sure that there is adequate staff available, we ask that you register no later than Monday, December 8, 2025 at noon. Registrations will not be accepted after that time.***Please complete the registration, even if your child is a regular attendee in the program so that we know your plans for the day.
