Dedicated to medical residents, this programme consists of an observational internship abroad for a short period of time usually 2 to 3 weeks.
The programme allows participants to visit a foreign institute (either ICM- Hôpital Pitié Salpêtrière or Yale New Haven Hospital) to learn about and exchange on different techniques and approaches in the field of neurology.
This programme is funded by Yale and IHU-A-ICM. Each institute funds their own residents to take part in the programme. Up to 2 500€ is provided per resident. A maximum of four residents are selected per year. Should your application be successful, you will be required to fill out several administrative documents before your departure.
For residents departing from Paris and going to Yale, This includes:
- Mandatory clearance form
- STR form
- The documents listed in the Instructions for application
For residents arriving to Paris the documents you need to provide are:
- The Yale-ICM Agreement form
