Refund Policy, Withdrawal & Extended Absence

Withdrawal Policy

   1.    Non-Refundable Fees:

Once you are notified of your acceptance into the program and the registration fee and deposit are received by the registrar, these fees become non-refundable. This includes the registration fee and the deposit, which covers June’s tuition.

   2.    Refund of Remaining Tuition:

The remaining tuition (excluding the non-refundable deposit for June’s tuition) may be refunded if:

   •    A written notice of withdrawal is provided at least one month in advance.

   •    If your child is scheduled to begin in September, a notice of withdrawal must be received by July 31st to be eligible for a refund.

   3.    April and May Tuition:

Tuition for April and May is non-refundable unless written notice of withdrawal is provided by February 28th of the current school year.

Extended Absence Policy

   •    Tuition payments are required to secure your child’s spot in the program during extended absences. No adjustments or refunds will be made for days of absence.
