2015-2016 Parent Survey for Parental Involvement Program
We are in the process of conducting an evaluation of our Parental Involvement program and we would like to know what you think. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The responses will be used to improve the Parental Involvement program. If you have questions about the survey or need assistance, please contact your child's principal or the Department of Federal Programs at the Chambers County Board of Education.

Do you believe teachers, principals and other school staff are eager for open and friendly communication with you?
Do you understand your child's report cards and tests scores?
Does the Title I School-Parent Compact help remind you about things you can do to help your child do better in school?
Do you receive information from your child's school in a language you understand?
