2026 Summer Enrollment Request Form for Wildflower Preschool: Ages 2 1/2 - 5 (PreK) - For June 1 - August 7.

This form is to request enrollment for preschool summer camps from June 1 - August 7 by week.

By completing this form, you are requesting the summer 2026 weeks & schedule for your child, and enrollment is assigned based on availability in the schedule for the appropriate age classroom. Your selections will be used to create your Summer 2026 Enrollment & Tuition Contract and once signed, will secure your child’s space for the summer session. Your child’s spot is secured only once your contract is signed and payment is made in full.

*We will reach out to discuss availability of schedule in the classroom for your child's age starting on 1/18/26. 

2026 Weekly Summer Rates: 
8:30-1:00: 2 days $189, 3 days $243, 4 days $306, 5 days $377
8:30-3:00: 2 days $238, 3 days $352, 4 days $420, 5 days $481
8:30-4:00: 2 days $289, 3 days $395, 4 days $468, 5 days $500
(*The 4 day week for Week 5 will be prorated for days scheduled)
