Members of the public who wish to provide public comments during a particular board meeting are requested to complete this form. Please submit this form before 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Please limit your comments to 750 words or less. Your comments may be read aloud during Open Forum. All written comments will be given to the Board of Trustees.
