MakingMUSIC School Performance Reservations (2024-25) 

Host a Louisville Orchestra chamber performance at your school! A small group of LO musicians will present a 45-min program designed to expose students to a variety of instrumental music and themes, demonstrate different musical concepts, and familiarize them with the instruments of the orchestra. 

  • Dates: September 2024–April 2025 
  • Times: Flexible – based on school schedule and musician availability (45-min performance)
  • Audience: Grades 3-6 (max students ~250)
  • Location: Presentation should be held in an auditorium, cafeteria or other assembly area
  • Cost: $1,200 per performance + mileage if outside of Jefferson County
