Siskiyou Field Institute Camp Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in registering your child for camp at Siskiyou Field Institute (SFI).

The following form will register your child for the camp selected directly below. Confirmation packets will be emailed to parents three weeks prior to programming. Packets will include itinerary/logistics, packing list, medical release, photo release and permission slips.

Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the start of programming. Any students who have not paid the balance due by the deadline will be contacted and then their spot opened to those on the waiting list. Please see "What to Expect" under the "Parents" tab on our website for more information.

Snacks & Lunches – With the exception of our Jr. Explorer camp, all of our day camps provide lunch. Snacks are provided throughout the day for ALL camps. Residential camps are all inclusive and will provide meals and snacks from lunch the first day to lunch the last day.
