MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT
Cultivate Colindale is turning 4,000m² of vacant land next to Heybourne Park into a vibrant public space - a living hub for sustainability, creativity, and community. The site will feature gardens, allotments, a biodiverse meadow, community tree nursery, and gathering spaces, along with sustainable innovations, creative commissions, and cultural programming.
At its heart will be the House of Wayward Plants Reuse Centre, building on a decade-long partnership as the Official Reuse Partner of the RHS. With greenhouses, creative workshops, and a materials yard, the centre will serve as a hub for distributing rescued plants, trees, and reclaimed landscape materials to support community green spaces across London.
