Our panel discussion will be guided by a few talking points that each member has prepared. They will discuss common training errors that are seen in their respective practices and also how to address these errors so you can be running at your best. However, this is meant to be an interactive discussion and we want to make sure that you get all of your questions answered so feel free to ask away and also a question and answer session will follow to ensure that you are leaving best prepared to take on your spring training.

Rebecca Jaspan, MPH, RD, CEDS, CDCES is a registered dietitian who specializes in working with runners. She knows firsthand the challenges runners face with fueling enough during and outside of training. Rebecca will share the top three mistakes she sees her clients make and give you strategies you can implement now to avoid them in order to run a strong spring race.
Long before becoming a psychotherapist,
Leslie Bloch, LCSW was a runner. Leslie has completed 6 marathons, qualified for several Boston Marathons and is currently training for the Milwaukee Marathon in April in between seeing clients in her private practice,
Bloch Behavioral. She is particularly passionate about mental health for distance runners and works with runners to build mental agility in collaboration with their physical and nutritional builds. Leslie will address strategies to thrive through three cognitive challenges that often derail runners in training and racing.
