Itinerary:  Historic Triangle (Jamestowne Island, Yorktown, Williamsburg); Monticello; Washington, D.C.; Mount Vernon; Philadelphia; New York City
Tour price:  $3,000 per person (quad occupancy for students; double occupancy for adults)
Registration Deadline:  Thursday, June 22, 2023 at 11:59pm
Deposit:  $100, nonrefundable, due by Thursday, June 22, 2023
Payments:  Pay in full by Thursday, June 22, 2023, or six monthly payments (July through December, due by the 22nd of each month)
Final Payment Due:  Friday, December 22, 2023

To register for this tour, please complete the following steps:

1) Complete this registration form.  You should receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit the form; if you don't, check your spam folder first and then email us at ourtimeinhistory@gmail.com.

2) Complete the Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form, which can be found here:  http://tour.ourtimeinhistory.com/waiver.  Send the completed form back to us at ourtimeinhistory@gmail.com.

3) Review and sign the Behavioral Expectations Form, which can be found here:  http://tour.ourtimeinhistory.com/expectations.  Send the completed form back to us at ourtimeinhistory@gmail.com.

4) Pay your deposit if you have not already done so. An invoice with payment information will be emailed to you within three business days following the submission of this form.

I understand that tour costs are based on a minimum number of participants and should that minimum number not be met, this tour may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or adjusted for costs. 

I also understand that if natural, civil, or political situations affect this tour, Our Time in History and its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents will not be held liable for modifications or adjustments to trip costs, dates, or sites visited. 

I understand and agree that:
1) my $100 deposit is due by Thursday, June 22, 2023, and is nonrefundable
2) canceling 140 to 30 days before departure (10/5/23 to 1/23/24) will forfeit my deposit plus 50% of my trip payments plus nonrefundable expenses
3) canceling less than 30 days before departure (1/24/24 and later) will mean I will receive no refund, thus forfeiting my full investment.
4) trip insurance is not included, but a coverage package may be purchased on my own through Seven Corners (sevencorners.com) by contacting Troy Lain (troy.lain@sevencorners.com, 800.335.0611, or 317.582.2646)
