The Riverina Senior Music Workshop is a full-day workshop for Year 11 and 12 Music students from NSW public schools, and their teachers.

Led by experienced teachers, participants will deepen their understanding of the concepts of music and gain skills and knowledge on how to prepare for assessments and examinations through performance, musicology and aural activities in a variety of cultural and historical contexts.

Details

Date – Tuesday 21 May 2024 (Term 2 Week 4)

Venue – The Riverina Conservatorium of Music, 1 Simmons Street Wagga Wagga

Times – 9:00 am-3:15 pm (sign in from 8:30 am)

Cost – $20 per student to be paid at your school (free for teachers)

Registrations close - Monday 13 May 2024 (Term 2 Week 3)

Student Performances at the Workshop
There is a chance for students to perform on the day. This allows a chance for positive feedback and encouragement as well as experience performing in front of an audience. Please fill out the following if you have students interested.
