Sales Specialist (CRS)

He/she will be the first face our customers see once they have decided to do business with the Milliken Corporation, and will continue to represent the company until after the project is finished.

In this role, you will give property assessments, be at job sites managing ongoing projects, and sometimes even rolling up your sleeves to help the team from time to time. Flexibility is essential for this position as schedules can change at a moment’s notice.

Our team is seeking someone who is organized, eager to learn, coachable, passionate, customer-service driven, and a team player. One of the most important qualities this person must have is the ability to connect with people on all levels. Building positive relationships with our customers and the surrounding community is our top priority.

Some knowledge of concrete, asphalt, grading, drainage, and material is a plus.
