Suggested donation items include: Indigenous art, clothing, jewelry and beaded items. Unique items are welcome and all donations are 100 percent tax-deductible.
Donated items may be brought in-person to the NAJA Membership Luncheon on Monday, Sept. 16 from 12-2 p.m., or dropped off between 2-4 p.m., on the day of the event, Wednesday, Sept. 18. Bidding for the silent auction will begin at 7 p.m., and conclude with the banquet.
All proceeds support scholarships for Native American students pursuing media careers.
Celebrate local Indigenous culture and the work of fellow NAJA members across Indian Country. Banquet attendees may arrive early to the NAJA President’s Reception from 6-7 p.m, to mingle with NAJA leadership and get a sneak peek of the NAJA Silent Auction.
