State of the School Community Survey
Roosevelt Board of Education has undertaken a five-year strategic plan. This survey will be part of the State of the School Committee report. The committee is seeking input from RPS parents, Choice families, residents and former students on the climate of the Roosevelt Public School.

Please take a moment to answer this 3-part survey regarding different aspects of the climate in the school. Please return this survey by January 6, 2017. Surveys can be returned in one of three ways: 1) Drop a completed paper survey in the “Drop Box” located in Borough Hall; 2) Drop a completed paper survey in Roosevelt Public School’s Main Office or
