In order to sign up for the NSC at this time, your team needs to have qualified at a Platinum Certified Tournament.
Teams that have qualified at a Gold Certified Tournament can register starting 1/1/13.
Teams that have qualified at two or more affiliated tournament can register starting 1/15/13. Teams that have qualified at one affiliated tournament can register starting 2/1/13.
Teams that have qualified through the wildcard bid process can register starting 2/15/13.

Note that in order to be officially registered for the tournament, you must also pay a $100 down payment on your registration fee. This down payment is fully refundable (minus a $5 processing fee) until 3/1/13. It is half refundable (minus a $5 processing fee) until 3/15/13. After that date, it is no longer refundable. However, we are able to fully refund this fee (minus a $5 processing fee) at any point if you pay the full fee separately. For instance, if you pay the $100 down payment out of pocket now and your school district pays the full fee at a later date, we can refund you $95 of down payment.
