Register below for the FitLot Method's group fitness training for adults 55+
This Fall, FitLot, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities find the resources they need to plan, build and program outdoor fitness parks will be offering a 12 -week physical fitness-conditioning program, designed to meet the needs of adults 55+. The 12 -week program will address essential fitness components such as, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Participants will be taught correct form, correct breathing, efficient day to day physical functioning, as well as the principals of correct posture.

Please come 10 minutes before the workout with sneakers and a bottle of water.

Classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 7:45 am, From September 5th - November 21st. So mark it it on your calendar now!

The FitLot Fitness Park is located at the Sojourner Truth Neighborhood Center along the Lafitte Greenway (2200 Lafitte Avenue, 70119)
