Instructions - Use this form to register up to two dancers. (For more dancers, use the form again.) We don't share your info without your permission. You must register in advance by April 17, 2020 - NO WALK-INS, including for a-la-carte options! Note - your email address is required in order to automatically email your registration-confirmation notice.

In addition to FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATIONS, we also offer several a-la-carte dance options (i.e. partial weekend), just indicate your choices below. **ALL FULL WEEKEND REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE ALL MEALS AND LODGING IN BUNKHOUSE OR CAMPING IN YOUR TENT OR RV.**

About your information:
1) We print a Dancer List, with addresses, phones, & emails. You can tell us below not to print your info, if you choose. 2) Michigan Dance Heritage now maintains one large dancer database for both our Spring and our Fall Dance participants, so that all dancers will receive notice about both dances.
Camper Jobs and Setup and Takedown Helpers
Because we are an all-volunteer dance community, we expect each camper to sign up for and do one 20-minute job during the weekend. When you arrive at camp, you will find a list of jobs near the registration desk (main lodge) that need to be done. PLEASE don't forget! *** In addition to these Camper Jobs, please check if you can commit to arriving early to help set-up or to staying late to help put it all away. **This is very helpful! **
Payment due by April 17: *
To pay by check or money order, print this registration form, mail with payment to: Trillium Twirl, c/o Rita Chapman, 6182 Pollard Ave, East Lansing, MI 48823-1542. All Full Weekend Registrations include all meals & lodging or camping for $180 (Ages 31 & up); $115 for ages 15-30, or $50 for ages 6 to 14. A-la-carte options are also available, see below. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Note there are no children's programs.

Scholarship Information:
You must apply by March 31. To apply for a work-scholarship, complete this section when submitting your registration. You also must pay the $90 registration fee when submitting your registration. In the box below, please share why you wish to receive a scholarship, and briefly describe your related-experience for the position you prefer. Include if you've done this work previously, etc, and whether your participation at camp relies on receiving a work scholarship. Note we do not offer full scholarships. Recipients still pay $90. In the next section, choose your preferred scholarship job.

Scholarship recipients perform approximately 4 - 6 hours of work at camp. Each job needs work done at specific locations at specific times. You may miss some dance or social time, though we try to minimize this. Order your work preferences below, beginning with 1 as your first preference. No choices are guaranteed, nor are scholarships. You will be notified as early as possible. All Dance Committee decisions are final.
