Student Leadership Access Awards Nomination Form
Thank you for making a nomination for the Student Leadership Access Awards! SGA is partnering with the Office of Alumni Relations to give back to those students who have given so much to the Northeastern community. In addition to recognition and membership to a legacy of student leaders at Northeastern, ten winners will receive a $500 cash award for demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities in our community.

All undergraduates are encouraged to nominate themselves or a peer - especially our student leaders who do not regularly receive the recognition that club e-board members receive. All undergraduates are eligible UNLESS they are a member of SGA, have ever been on SGA's Cabinet, or serve in any e-board position that gives them a stipend for their service. Nominations will be open from November 1st until 11:59PM on November 21st, 2017.

All fields (except for the name) are optional.

If you have any questions about this award or the nomination process, please contact SGA's Executive Director of Communications, Collin Walter, at walter.c@husky.neu.edu.
