Artists Sign-Up for the May 11, 2019 AAUW Concord 7th Annual Art & Wine (and Beer!) Walk

Artists are placed "first come/first served". Artists will be notified starting in February if we have a space for you.

Priority is given to Concord-based artists.

Artists are responsible for providing all of their needed display items (table, chair, screens, easels, pop-up/shade, etc.). Some businesses give us space insides--others are located outside. When we confirm the location with you, we will let you know if you are indoors or outside.

Please note the following:
1. This year there is a $50 refundable deposit to participate. If you don't show or leave early we will keep the deposit.
2. Exhibit space varies by location and is assigned on a first come basis.
3. Artists must bring their own table, chair, and pop-up/shade or whatever is needed to display art.
4. Artists may sell their art works. There is no commission on sales. Artists are responsible for paying any and all sales or other tax related to selling their art works.
5. Artists are responsible for monitoring their art. AAUW-Concord is not responsible for any damage that may occur to art during loading/unloading of art or during the event.
