This position will require initiative, judgment, independent decision making and

Normally, access to a client’s data is only between the workplace and the customer or client. Usually, maintaining confidentiality means maintaining your balance between the fast-paced and extremely demanding nature of your work. In this ever-evolving world, people must learn how to be organized, adaptive, and cautious when given the opportunity to handle client information. Client confidentiality is one of the most important parts of business ethics. If there so happens to be a breach, fatal consequences to your business are due to occur. In order to protect our commitment to upholding the ethics of confidentiality, Get Connected requires our employees to do the following things that include but are not limited to:
- Refrain from speaking about client unless there is an authorized Release of Information Signed by the client to disclose information to a particular third party
- Use a secure file-sharing and messaging platform
- Store Physical Documents in an Environment with Controlled Access
- Comply with Industry Regulations (SOC-2, HIPAA, PIPEDA)
- Actively participate in Routine Security Training for Staff
- Stay Alert of New Security Threats
- Actively Utilize Up-to-Date Security Technology
- Protect any other information that has some value and is not generally known by your competitors (e.g., a list of customers ranked by how profitable their business is).
Education Requirements:
This is an position for someone who has a lived
experience with interacting with individuals and families who have been impacted by incarceration, victimization, and/or trauma.
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
- Must have current vehicle insurance
- Must have computer skills and know how to Navigate Microsoft Office applications
- GED Preferred
