I have read a current copy of the Parent/Student Handbook on the Saint Timothy Catholic School website. I acknowledge and agree to the policies obtained therein, will require my child(ren) to comply with the policies which apply to students, and my child(ren) understand the behavior expectations of the school. I acknowledge the volunteer requirement and expectations and agree to either volunteer or pay the opt out fee. I also realize during my child’s enrollment at the school I may be informed, formally or informally, of various changes to school and/or Diocesan policies. I understand the school and/or Diocese reserves the right to change policies at any time with or without advance notice. I further understand it is required for me to submit this form in order to continue my child’s enrollment at the school. *
