-UNUSED SESSIONS: Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month. This includes Private Calls and Retreats. Exceptions for which additional time may be granted include serious illness, accidents, family emergencies, other unforeseen circumstances, and vacations the client notifies the coach of in advance.
-ONGOING CONSULTING ONLINE PORTAL- Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection.
-COACHING CLUB 3.0 ONLINE PORTAL- Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection.
-PLANNING SESSION- Must be scheduled in advance. Scheduled at the time that makes the best sense for your business. Pre-session homework is required and due 48 hrs before the session. The session may need to be rescheduled if pre-work is not completed. Your action plan will be sent within 5 business days after your PLANNING SESSION.
-STRATEGY SESSIONS- Must be scheduled in advance. Pre-Session Questions are due 24 hrs before the call and Post-Session Questions are due 24 hrs after. Pre-Session Questions keep the session laser focused so you maximize the support received. Sessions may need to be rescheduled if questions are not completed. If the session needs to be rescheduled a 2nd time it will be forfeited.
-EMAIL & TEXT SUPPORT- Emails & Texts are responded to M-F 9am-4pm. Emails can take 48 hrs to respond and texts can take 24 hrs to respond. Times may be longer during times Michelle is speaking or leading client events or taking time off. If an email or text is sent after 4pm or on the weekend, the respond time begins at 9am on the next business day. Texts are meant for short, quick questions or to notify of an email that was sent. Email and texts are great ways to keep things moving between calls. If a response seems like something that requires a great deal of discussion, it will be suggested that it be covered during the next call.
-RETREATS-Held 3 times per year. Dates will vary. Workshop materials are posted in the online academy by 5 business days after for those who aren't able to attend.
-GROUP COACHING CALLS- Date and time varies. Calls are recorded and posted in the online academy within 2 business days after for those who can't attend.
-Z&B ONLINE ACADEMY COURSES- Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection. Immediate access is granted upon enrolling.
-PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY- Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. Once the invitation to join the Facebook Group is accepted, you will have immediate access. Invitations require the client be a Facebook friend with Michelle Smith to be invited. The Facebook group is a great place to get feedback from other Z&B clients. One of the Z&B Facebook Group Mentors is usually active in the group Mon-Sat 9am-7pm. There may be times that this is not possible. If you're interested in learning about being a Group Mentor, email

-STRATEGIZE YOUR SUCCESS E-COURSE- Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection. On default, each person is set-up to receive one module per week via email for the first. The email includes a video and chapter of the book. When requested, immediate access is granted to all the modules upon enrolling so you can do the chapters/videos out of order or do a bunch at once.
-JUMPSTART YOUR FUTURE E-COURSE- Available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection. This course is the self-study version of the Planning Session. It is recommended you do it once your plan is ready to be updated (or you can schedule another Planning Session).
-BEST SUMMER YET EVENT- Held once a year in the Spring. Date varies.
