*All players and officials representing MFTFA at any tournament are required to accept and acknowledge this ' PLAYERS / OFFICIALS CODE OF CONDUCT ' by tagging the box and entering their name. Players under 18 years of age must have their parent/guardian also enter their name.
*No participant will be eligible to compete at the tournament unless this requirement has been met.
*The management/committee will investigate all matters concerning a breach of the Players/Officials Code of Conduct.
*Where a participant has been found to have breached the Players/Officials Code of Conduct the participant may be suspended from competing any further at the tournament.
*In any situation that warrants that participant being removed from the tournament the cost of the participant being returned to the participant’s home address will be met by the participant.

Players/Officials acknowledge that:-
It is the responsibility of the team management to ensure that all members of the team behave in the manner as detailed in the TFA and NSWTA Code of Behaviour document. A Player/Official having accepted this Code of Conduct acknowledges that:-
*Players/Officials will at all times comply with the reasonable and lawful directions, requests and instructions of the tournament staff, MFTFA committee, their team coaches and manager.
*Players/Officials will exhibit exemplary behaviour at all times including whilst travelling to and from the tournament.
*Players/Officials causing wilful damage to property will be required to take responsibility for that damage and make appropriate restitution. Such participants may also expect to be suspended or dismissed from participating further in the tournament and any future tournaments or teams as selected by MFTFA.
*Players/Officials are required to demonstrate respect for fellow players, administrators and officials at all times. Indiscipline, poor behaviour or lack of respect for other persons or property may result in the suspension and/or dismissal of the participant from the tournament and any future tournaments or teams as selected by MFTFA. Further action may also be taken.
*You are reminded that by law a person under 18 years of age is not permitted under any circumstances to enter a licensed premises, unless supervised by an adult, or to consume intoxicating liquor. Any juvenile found to have consumed intoxicating liquor may be suspended and their parent/guardian contacted. Further action may also be taken.
*The supplying of intoxicating liquor to a person under the age of 18 years is an offence and will not be tolerated. Any player/official found to have supplied intoxicating liquor to a juvenile will be suspended from the tournament. Further action may also be taken.
*Any player/official found to have participated in group activities that includes the theft or damage to property may result in the participants suspension and/or dismissal of the participant from the tournament. Further action may also be taken.
*Players/Officials are required to meet the minimum standards of behaviour as described in rules under which the tournament is conducted.
*The using or supplying of any illegal drug will not be tolerated. Any Player/Official found to be breaking the law by using and/or supplying illegal drugs will be reported to Police. The player/official concerned will be suspended from the tournament. Further action may also be taken.
*Any Player/Official who uses offensive language towards other players, officials or administrators may result in that person receiving a suspension and/or dismissal from the tournament. Further action may also be taken.
*A curfew of 10pm will apply to all players/officials under the age of 18 years whilst staying at accommodation arranged by MFTFA. Any player/official found to have breached this curfew may be suspended from the tournament. Further action may be taken.
*Players/Officials are required to present themselves in a fit and healthy condition for games so that they do not let their team down. Players/Officials that are deemed to be unfit may be suspended from taking part in games.
