Flatiron Explore: New User Request
Use this form if you are a new academic investigator in the Flatiron Health academic partner network looking to access Flatiron Explore. Once we receive your request, we'll add you as a user within 5-10 business days and trigger an account setup email to you from an application called Okta.

Please note that the link from Okta to set-up your account will expire 7 days after it has been activated. If you are unable to activate your account before then, you can submit a password reset request from the Okta login page and we can reset your account.

You will need to use your institution-specific email address to submit your request. Personal email addresses cannot be used to access Flatiron Explore. Only the email address you use to submit this request will provide access to Flatiron Explore - please do not include secondary email addresses.
