MSP 2018 Lunch Symposium
Next generation proteomics based on data independent acquisition (DIA) enables deep and reproducible quantification of thousands of proteins in a single measurement experiments (Bruderer et al., 2015, 2017). During this lunch symposium participants will learn about the various DIA strategies and its benefits for studying complex biological processes

When: May 17th, 2018 at 12:10-13:10
Where: Room C (Seiun 2), Hotel Hankyu Expo Park, Osaka, Japan
Title of Presentation: Data independent acquisition (DIA) in proteomics – from technology to biological applications
Yibo Wu from RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences, Japan
